Thermal Documentation
Welcome to the Thermal documentation. These guides are written at the job level — how to get real work done — not as a screen-by-screen tour.
Pick your role
Thermal serves three jobs-to-be-done. Start with the one that matches yours:
- Technicians — accept and start a work order, log parts and time, capture signatures and photos, and complete an inspection.
- Dispatchers — read the board, resolve conflicts, apply or override a suggestion, and handle emergencies.
- Admins — configure services, agreements, staff, and integrations; run reports; and manage billing.

How Thermal is organized
Everything in Thermal hangs off one spine: a customer has service sites, each site has installed equipment, equipment is covered by service agreements, and work orders and invoices flow from there. Once you understand that spine, every screen is a view over it.
Runs beside your accounting, never inside it
Thermal integrates alongside QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Business Central. Your financial system of record stays where it is.
