Help
What it's for
Help is where you go when you want to know how something works. It gathers the product's guides and reference material in one place, searchable, so a question does not have to become a support ticket.
Reach it from Help in the app, at /help.
Tabs
The page has no tabs. Search is the primary control; the material is grouped below it.
Panels and controls
- Search looks across the guides and reference pages. Searching what you would say out loud generally works better than searching for the product's own name for a thing.
- The guides are task-shaped: how to book a job, how to set up an agreement, how to run an inspection. They are organised by role, so a dispatcher's material and an owner's material are not mixed together.
- The reference is screen-shaped: one page per screen, covering its tabs, its panels, what it accepts, and who can see it. It is the material you reach for mid-task rather than while learning.
- Links out go to the full documentation site, where the same material lives alongside the changelog and the roadmap.
What it accepts
| Field | Format | Required | Rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| Search | Free text | No | Plain words work better than product jargon |
How to configure it
Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves. The material it shows is the same for every shop.
Who can see it
This is a public page. Anyone can open it, signed in or not — which is deliberate, because the most common time to need help is before you have worked out how to get somewhere.
