Roadmap idea

What it's for

Roadmap idea is the detail page for a single item on the public roadmap — its full description, its current stage, and its vote count. It's what an idea card on the roadmap board links to.

Reached by clicking an idea card on /roadmap. The route is /roadmap/[id].

Tabs

The page has no tabs. It's a single page for one idea.

Panels and controls

• A back-to-roadmap link at the top.
• The title and a stage stepper — Considering, Planned, In Progress, Shipped — showing where the idea currently sits.
• The vote button casts or removes your vote while the idea is still votable (Considering through In Progress); once an idea ships, voting closes and the count shows as a fixed chip instead. Signed-out visitors see a "sign in to vote" link in its place.
• A subscribe toggle turns on updates for that idea, once signed in; signed out, it's a "sign in to get roadmap updates" link instead.
• The full idea body, exactly as submitted.
• Submitted / updated dates, in plain text under the body.
• A "Shipped in" card, shown once the idea has shipped, linking to the changelog entry that shipped it.

What it accepts

Nothing is typed on this page. Voting and subscribing are single-click actions gated by sign-in — there's no form here.

How to configure it

Nothing in Settings changes this page. The stage, vote count, and body shown are the idea's own record, set by the visitor who submitted it and by staff triage from there.

Who can see it

This is a public page. Anyone can open it, signed in or not. Voting and subscribing to updates require signing in first.
