Roadmap

Open Roadmap in Thermal →

What it's for

Roadmap is Thermal's public roadmap — what's planned, what's in progress, and what's shipped, plus a place to vote for what matters to your shop or suggest something new. Viewing is open to everyone; suggesting an idea or voting needs a Thermal sign-in.

Reached from the "Roadmap" link in the site navigation, or by visiting trythermal.com/roadmap directly. The route is /roadmap.

Tabs

On a phone or tablet, the board is a tab strip with three tabs: Planned, In Progress, and Shipped — each tab shows that stage's ideas. On a wider screen the same three stages show as side-by-side columns instead, plus a segmented filter that does the same job.

Panels and controls

  • Search filters ideas by title or description text.
  • The stage filter (desktop) narrows to one stage, or shows all three columns.
  • Sort switches between Recently updated and Most voted.
  • Suggest an idea opens an inline form (signed in) or routes to sign-in (signed out).
  • Idea cards show the title, a short excerpt, and a vote count; clicking one opens its detail page.
  • The vote button on each card casts or removes your vote, once signed in.
  • A "Last updated" line and a link through to the changelog for what's already shipped.

What it accepts

FieldFormatRequiredRule
Idea titleTextYesUp to 140 characters
Idea detailsTextYesDescribes the job you're trying to get done
SearchTextNoFilters the board client-side, no submit needed

Submitting an idea requires being signed in; while typing a title, similar existing ideas are suggested so you can vote on one instead of filing a duplicate.

How to configure it

Nothing in Settings changes this page. Ideas move through stages by staff triage, not by anything a visitor configures.

Who can see it

This is a public page. Anyone can open it, signed in or not. Suggesting an idea, voting, and subscribing to updates all require signing in first.
