Text message updates for one company
What it's for
This public opt-in page names one service company and records a visitor's agreement to receive that company's appointment and service texts. It is the company's opt-in page used in toll-free verification, not the office sender-registration form.
The permanent sign-up URL is https://link.trythermal.com/compliance/sms-optin/<orgId>. Replace <orgId> with the company’s organization id.
Tabs
There are no tabs. The heading reads Text message updates from followed by the company name. One sign-up form appears below it.
Panels and controls
The form has Mobile number, an unchecked consent checkbox, and Sign up for texts. The company name appears in both the page explanation and the disclosure. Visitors do not choose a different company in the form. Check that the named business is the one you intend to hear from before agreeing.
The disclosure describes appointment confirmations, technician on-the-way alerts and job updates from that company's own verified number, with Thermal as the technology provider. It explains variable message frequency, possible message and data rates, STOP to opt out, HELP for help, and that consent is not a condition of purchase. Privacy Policy and Terms link to the published policy pages.
Enter the number, read and tick the agreement checkbox, then choose Sign up for texts. The button says Saving… while submitting. On success, You're signed up. replaces the form. Its confirmation names the company, says the agreement has been recorded, and repeats the STOP instruction.
Phone and consent errors appear next to the corresponding controls: Enter your mobile number., Enter a valid US or Canadian mobile number., or Check the box to agree to receive text messages. A save failure shows We couldn't save that. Try again. beside the button. The form remains available to correct the input or retry; a failed save is not confirmed.
What it accepts
Mobile number and consent are required. Use a valid US or Canadian
10-digit number, optionally preceded by 1 or +1. Spaces, parentheses,
hyphens and periods are accepted, such as (604) 555-0132 or
+1 604 555 0132. Accepted numbers are stored in the +1 format without
punctuation. Letters, extensions and other country-code formats are refused.
The company comes from the link; there are no visible company, name or email fields. Invalid numbers and unchecked consent do not save an agreement.
How to configure it
The link identifies the company, and its saved business name supplies the page heading and disclosure. There are no settings controls on the page. An invalid company id, an unknown or deleted company, or a company without a usable name returns a not-found page instead of a generic sign-up form.
Office setup is separate; see Set up text messaging. Using this opt-in page does not by itself verify a sender or guarantee message delivery. For the form without a named company, see Text message updates.
Who can see it
This is a public page. Anyone can open it, signed in or not.
The privacy and terms links point to https://trythermal.com/privacy and
https://trythermal.com/terms. A successful submission records the mobile
number, consent time, company source, sign-up page URL and disclosure version.
It does not add a customer contact, change a customer's text preferences,
or send a confirmation text. The on-page confirmation means the agreement
was recorded.
