Get help in the field app

Tap the Help button in the header of the field app to search the guides or ask the Assistant a question about your job, without leaving it.

Open Help

The Help (?) button sits in the header of the field app. The first time, a short tip points at it. Tap Got it to dismiss the tip; the button stays in the header.

Search the guides

Type what you are looking for into Search guides. With no search typed, the guides for the job you are on are listed under For this job, and the rest under General.

Ask the Assistant

If the guides do not answer it, tap Ask the Assistant and type your question about the job. The Assistant needs a connection: offline, it shows as unavailable and returns as soon as you are back online. The guides stay searchable either way.
