Sign a service agreement

What it's for

Review and sign a service agreement from your contractor without a portal login. Your contractor copies this link from the agreement and sends it to you, so a facility or finance manager can sign without an account. The company name appears at the top, so you can see who sent it.

Tabs

This page has no tabs. The agreement and the signature form appear together.

Panels and controls

The header shows the plan name, the agreement number and whether the agreement is Awaiting signature or Signed. The facts beside it show the customer, the site, the term and the annual price.

What's included lists the visit frequency, whether the agreement renews automatically and the covered equipment with make, model and serial.

Sign holds the signature form: type your name or draw your signature, accept the consent statement, then select Sign agreement. After signing, the page shows Signed — thank you. Use Print / Save PDF to keep a copy of what you signed.

What it accepts

A typed or drawn signature with the consent box accepted. If the agreement changed after you opened the page, signing is refused and you are asked to reload and review it again. Submitting twice records one signature. A canceled or expired agreement cannot be signed.

How to configure it

Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves. Your contractor can revoke the link at any time; a revoked link no longer opens, and the next link they copy is a new one. Revoking never changes a signature already recorded.

Who can see it

Anyone holding the link your contractor sent can open the page without signing in. The link is the only way in, so keep it private and treat it the way you would treat the agreement itself.
