Change order (portal)
What it's for
One change order as your customer sees it: the scope, each line with its quantity, unit price and total, and the overall total. An approver contact accepts or declines it here with a typed signature, and the answer is recorded against the exact version they read.
The route is /portal/change-orders/[id].
Tabs
There are no tabs. The page reads top to bottom: Scope, Line items, then Your decision while an answer is still open.
Panels and controls
The side panel shows the total, the project and the site. Contacts who can see documents get a Download request (PDF) button. Once a decision is made the panel says whether the change order was accepted or declined. A contact without approval rights sees a view-only note instead of the decision form.
What it accepts
A decision (accept or decline), the signer's full name as a typed signature and their agreement to the consent statement. If the office changed the change order after the page loaded, the decision is refused and the customer is asked to review the new version. Each change order takes one customer decision; a declined change order can only be offered again as a new revision from the office.
How to configure it
Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves.
Who can see it
This screen is part of the customer portal. Your customers reach it with a portal login, and each one sees only their own sites, jobs, and paperwork.
It is not part of the office app, so your own staff never land here in the course of their work.
