Your visit (portal)
What it's for
Your visit is the portal page for one visit. While your technician is on the way, your customer sees where they are on a map, so they know when to expect them without calling the office.
Your customer opens it from their upcoming visits in the portal. The route is
/portal/visits/<id>.

Panels and controls
- The heading shows the visit's progress: Scheduled, On the way, Arrived, Completed. While the technician is travelling it reads, for example, "Alex is on the way".
- Technician location shows a map with one marker at the technician's latest position and how long ago it updated. It refreshes every 30 seconds. If no position has arrived for 3 minutes, the marker goes and it reads "Location unavailable" with the time of the last update. Only the latest position is ever shown, never a route or a history.
- Your technician has arrived replaces the map once the technician is on site.
- Visit shows the site, the technician's first name and the arrival window.
What it accepts
The page accepts no input. It is read only.
How to configure it
Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves.
Who can see it
This screen is part of the customer portal. Your customers reach it with a portal login, and each one sees only their own sites, jobs, and paperwork.
It is not part of the office app, so your own staff never land here in the course of their work.
