Panels and controls
Select 2 to 50 open invoices in the table (Invoice, Site, Balance), then choose Review payment. The review dialog lists the selected invoices, any Card surcharge, and the Total payment. Cancel closes it; Continue to checkout opens the payment checkout. Back to invoices returns to the invoice list.
Invoices that already have an automatic card payment running appear under Payment in progress and cannot be paid again until it finishes.
After checkout the page shows the Invoice applications for the payment: each invoice with its Selected amount and Payment status (Applied, Awaiting payment confirmation or Needs contractor review), and a Refresh status button. Bank payments can take several days to confirm. If a payment needs review, the contractor is notified and the customer should contact them before paying those invoices again.
Empty states: No open invoices, Online payment is unavailable (contact the contractor to arrange payment) and Payment session expired (no payment was collected).
What it accepts
The portal login must be a contact who can see invoices and is allowed to act; others see an access-restricted message. Only invoices at sites the login can view can be paid. The card surcharge, when one applies, comes from the contractor's payment setup.
How to configure it
Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves.
Who can see it
This screen is part of the customer portal. Your customers reach it with a portal login, and each one sees only their own sites, jobs, and paperwork.
It is not part of the office app, so your own staff never land here in the course of their work.
