What it's for
The change orders list shows your customer every change order their contractor has sent for one of their projects: extra work, revised scope or a price change that needs their answer. Draft change orders never appear here; only ones the office has sent.
The route is /portal/change-orders.
Tabs
There are no tabs. The page is one list.
Panels and controls
Each row shows the change order number, its scope, the project, the site (or Account-wide for a project with no site), the total and its status. Open a row to read the full change order and answer it.
What it accepts
Nothing. The list is read-only; decisions are made on each change order's own page.
How to configure it
Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves.
Who can see it
This screen is part of the customer portal. Your customers reach it with a portal login, and each one sees only their own sites, jobs, and paperwork.
It is not part of the office app, so your own staff never land here in the course of their work.
