Your visit
What it's for
Your visit is the page your customer opens from the link in an on-my-way text or email. It tells them who is coming and from which company, without them having to call the office.
Your customer opens it from the link in the notice. The route is
/track/<token>.

Panels and controls
- The heading names the technician by first name, for example "Alex is on the way". When the visit is held by a subcontractor, it reads "Your technician is on the way" and no name is shown.
- Your visit shows your company name and when the link stops working.
The page never shows the customer's name, the address, a phone number or the technician's location.
Link handling
Each visit gets its own link. It stops working when the technician arrives, when the visit is reassigned or canceled, or 24 hours after it was sent, whichever comes first. A link that no longer works shows "This link has expired" and nothing else.
What it accepts
The page accepts no input. It is read only.
How to configure it
Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves.
Who can see it
This screen opens from a secure link you send — no login, no account. Anyone holding the link can open it, and the link is the only way in, so treat it the way you would treat the document itself.
