Agreement billing queue
Open Agreements → Billing Queue in Thermal →
What it's for
See scheduled agreement charges that are due today, overdue, or waiting for recurring billing to advance. Open Agreements → Billing queue to review the charges across the branches you can access.
This is a read-only worklist. Opening or filtering it does not create an invoice, renew an agreement or change a billing schedule.
Tabs
Billing queue sits in the Agreements tabs between Due visits and SLA remedies. All agreements returns to the agreement list.
Panels and controls
- All due charges shows every matching unbilled scheduled charge, oldest due date first.
- Due now shows charges due today, using your organization's time zone.
- Overdue shows past-due charges. A recurring charge stays here through the three-day grace window.
- Failed to advance shows recurring charges still scheduled and unbilled more than three days after their due date. This flag identifies an overdue billing cycle; it does not report a recorded payment failure.
- Search finds charges by plan or payer. Page controls let you work through the full matching list.
- Table shows the agreement, plan, bucket, charge, due date, payer and days overdue. Select an agreement link to open its record.
Charges use the amounts already saved in the schedule, including prorated amounts and zero charges. The payer is the agreement customer; a different site owner or site trade bill-to does not replace that payer for agreement installments. Canceled, unsigned, retired and deleted agreements, and invoiced or void installments, are excluded.
What it accepts
Choose a bucket, enter a plan or payer search, or change the page size. The queue accepts no billing changes or bulk billing actions.
How to configure it
The grace window is three days. This page has no setting to change it. Maintain prices, schedules and billing frequency through the agreement's existing controls.
Who can see it
Access requires the Agreements area. Your organization's role permissions and branch scope apply to the queue and its counts.
See Roles & permissions for the role matrix.
