Agreement hours usage
Open Agreements → Hours Usage in Thermal →
What it's for
Compare included, used and remaining labor hours across agreements before renewal. Open Agreement hours usage directly; the page is not listed in the Agreements tabs.
Tabs
This page has one agreement table and no tabs of its own.
Panels and controls
- Agreement and customer: identify the agreement and open its record.
- Term start and term end: show the term used to count hours. A renewal uses its renewed term; an agreement without an end date shows Open-ended.
- Included hours, used hours and remaining hours: compare the labor allowance with approved, closed billable time in that term. A negative remaining balance is shown as hours over the allowance. Dates use your organization's time zone.
- Utilization %: used hours divided by included hours, multiplied by 100. An agreement can exceed 100%. A dash means the allowance is unset or zero. An unset allowance also shows a dash for included and remaining hours; a zero allowance shows zero included hours.
- Table controls: search, sort columns and move between pages. The initial order puts the highest utilization first, with unavailable percentages last.
- Export CSV: download all agreements visible to you in the initial utilization order, including rows on other table pages. Table search and sorting do not change the download. The file includes agreement identity, customer, term dates and the four hours/utilization values. Unavailable values are blank.
What it accepts
This page displays agreement usage. It does not edit allowances, approve time or renew agreements.
How to configure it
Included labor hours and term dates come from the agreement. Use the agreement record and edit agreement to review those details. Only approved time entries with a clock-out count; nonchargeable time is excluded.
Who can see it
The page and download require Agreements access. Both follow your current organization and branch access. A branch-restricted user sees only that branch's agreements.
See Roles & permissions for access settings.
