Due visits

What it's for
A worklist of the maintenance visits your agreements say are due, where no job has been created yet. Pick the visits you want and book them in one step: each becomes an unscheduled job, and dispatch places it on the schedule.
The route is /agreements/due-visits.
Tabs
Due visits sits in the Agreements tabs beside All agreements, Renewals due and Renewal risk.
Panels and controls
- Window chips: Overdue, or visits due in the next 7, 30 (the default), 60 or 90 days. Overdue visits are included in every window.
- Table: due date (overdue visits are marked), customer, site, equipment, agreement, visit and branch. Search, sort and export to CSV work as on other lists.
- Book jobs: select visits and choose Book jobs. You can add an optional reason that is only used for equipment covered by a contractor non-compete rental. A summary then shows how many jobs were booked, how many were skipped because the visit is no longer due or already has a job, and how many were blocked, with the reason.
What it accepts
Up to 500 selected visits per booking.
How to configure it
Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves.
Who can see it
This screen sits behind the Agreements area.
Owners, office managers and dispatchers can open it. Technicians cannot. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.
