What it's for
Renewal risk is the queue of agreements most likely to lapse, ranked so you work the ones that matter first. Losing an agreement costs more than the renewal invoice — it costs the visits, the priority the customer was paying for, and the coverage that kept their equipment scoring low on risk.

Tabs
The queue has no tabs. It is one ranked list.
Panels and controls
- The queue is ranked by a renewal-risk score, worked out from the agreement's own signals rather than a hunch — how close it is to expiry, whether it auto-renews, what the plan has actually delivered, and what it has cost to serve.
- Each row gives you enough to make the call without opening the agreement, and a renewal can be raised straight from the queue.
- No agreements at risk is the empty state, and it means what it says: no agreement in the book currently scores high enough to need chasing.
Working the queue is the point — an agreement that renews quietly never appears here, and one that appears here and is renewed leaves.
What it accepts
The queue writes nothing of its own. Renewing from a row does the same thing Renew + Invoice does on the agreement record: rolls the term and raises the renewal invoice.
How to configure it
- Agreements settings decide whether auto-renew is the default, which is the single biggest lever on this queue — an auto-renewing book produces far fewer at-risk rows.
- Invoicing settings decide what the renewal invoice looks like and whether it needs approval before it goes out.
- Notifications settings decide whether the customer hears about an approaching renewal before you call.
Who can see it
This screen sits behind the Agreements area.
Owners, office managers and dispatchers can open it. Technicians cannot. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.
