Visit projection

What it's for
A read-only forecast of the maintenance visits your active agreements will need over the next 12 months, grouped by month. It shows only the visits still to come on named visit schedules. Visits that are already booked and agreements without named visit schedules are left out. Nothing here creates a job or changes an agreement.
The route is /agreements/visit-projection.
Tabs
Visit projection sits in the Agreements tabs beside All agreements, Due visits, Renewals due and the other agreement lists.
Panels and controls
- Window starts: the first day of the 12-month window. It defaults to today; choose a date and select Update.
- Filter chips: narrow by route, visit type or customer. Filters stay in the link, so a filtered view can be shared.
- Month sections: one table per month with due date, site, customer, agreement, visit type and route. Search and sort work as on other lists.
- Export CSV: downloads the same rows you are looking at, with the same window and filters.
What it accepts
A start date for the window and the route, visit type and customer filters. Nothing is saved.
How to configure it
Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves.
Who can see it
This screen sits behind the Agreements area.
Owners, office managers and dispatchers can open it. Technicians cannot. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.
