Open Inventory → Counts in Thermal →
What it's for
Open Inventory → Counts to see stock counts and start a full count of a
warehouse or van. The route is /inventory/counts.
Tabs
The Inventory hub links Parts, Cylinders, Tools, and Counts. Counts stays selected when you open a count sheet.
Panels and controls
The list shows the count number, stock location, scope, status, number of lines, net quantity difference, and start date. Open a count number to see its count sheet.
Choose New count, select a stock location, then Start count. This opens a full location count with the stock quantities recorded at the start. New count is unavailable when there are no stock locations you can access.
What it accepts
New count accepts one stock location. This screen starts full location counts; selected-parts counts started elsewhere can also appear in the list.
How to configure it
Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves. Your branch access determines which locations and counts you can see.
Who can see it
Owners and office managers with Inventory access can open this screen. Dispatchers and technicians cannot. See Roles & permissions.
