Transfer approvals

What it's for
Transfer approvals lists proposed restock transfers between branches that cost more than the approval threshold. Open it from Inventory → Transfer approvals, at /inventory/transfer-approvals. The worklist does not move stock.

This screen has no tabs.
Panels and controls
Choose a Source warehouse and select Show transfers. Until you choose one, the page says Choose a source warehouse. Back to inventory returns to the inventory list.
The table has Part (links to the part), Destination, Requested by, Remaining units, Estimated cost, Threshold and Approval authority. A search box filters the rows.
Empty states: No source warehouses available (an active owner or office user needs a warehouse in their branch scope) and No transfers need approval (no pending cross-branch restock requests exceed the threshold for that source warehouse and your branch scope).
What it accepts
Estimated cost is the remaining units times the part's current cost. Only requests above the threshold are shown. The warehouse choice is the only input.
How to configure it
Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves.
Who can see it
This screen sits behind the Inventory area.
Owners and office managers can open it. Dispatchers and technicians cannot. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.
