What it's for
Review insurance coverage gaps across active subcontractor assignments before a visit. Open Subcontractors → Compliance risk or go to /subcontractors/compliance-risk.
Each row covers one subcontractor's remaining active visits on a job. Completed, canceled, declined and archived assignments are excluded.
Tabs
Use Subcontractors, Vendor portal and Compliance risk to move between the section's views.
Panels and controls
The list starts with the highest priority and shows the subcontractor, job, reason, next visit, assignment end and certificate expiry. Dates use your company's timezone. Open the subcontractor or job through its record link, or search the list.
The priority score is out of 100:
- 100: the certificate expires before the next visit or current coverage check.
- 90: coverage starts after the assignment starts.
- 80: the certificate expires before the assignment ends.
- 60 — Unknown: dates are missing or invalid, or an unfinished assignment has reached its scheduled end and the remaining coverage window is unknown.
When several gaps apply, the row keeps every reason and uses the highest score. Assignments whose recorded coverage spans the full window are omitted unless the remaining window is unknown. Endorsement flags do not affect the score because they do not record whether an endorsement is required or has been reviewed. A score is a review priority, not a probability or permission to dispatch.
What it accepts
This is a read-only list. It reads assigned visits and the subcontractor's recorded certificate dates. It does not change assignments or certificate approvals.
How to configure it
There are no settings specific to this list. Keep visit schedules and subcontractor certificate details current. Dates display in your company's timezone.
Who can see it
Access requires the Subcontractors area. Owners and office managers have access by default; role permissions control who can open it.
