Received not invoiced
Open Purchasing → Accruals in Thermal →
What it's for
Received not invoiced lists posted receipt lines that are not fully covered by a linked vendor bill. Open it from Purchasing → Received not invoiced. Use the remaining receipt value to prepare an accrual entry in your accounting system. This report does not create journal entries.
The date range selects receipts, using UTC dates. Bill matching is current; selecting a past month does not reconstruct that month's closing balance.
Tabs
This is one of the Purchasing views. It has no tabs of its own.
Panels and controls
Each line shows its purchase order, receipt, vendor, item, receipt date and age, plus received, matched and unmatched quantities and values. The purchase order link opens receiving details.
Matched and unmatched values use the original receipt cost. Bill price differences remain in reconciliation. Zero-cost lines stay visible with a pricing-review reason. Posted return lines reduce the total until a linked vendor credit covers them. Draft and reversed receipts are excluded, as are rejected and deleted bills when calculating coverage.
The header total covers the listed receipt lines. A separate period total shows the selected branch scope before vendor and age filters. Currencies have separate totals. Export CSV downloads the same filtered lines and both sets of totals.
What it accepts
- Received from / through (UTC): valid dates, with the start on or before the end. The default is the current month through today.
- Vendor: all vendors or one vendor represented in the period's unmatched receipts.
- Minimum age (days): a whole number from 0 through 36500.
- Branch: where available, narrow the report to one branch. Your permitted branch scope also applies to downloads.
Choose Apply to update the report. Invalid filters show an error with a Clear receipt filters link.
How to configure it
There are no separate accrual-report settings. Post receipts and link vendor bill lines to those receipts through the existing purchasing process. Pending bills with matching exceptions still cover their linked quantities; approval and accounting delivery are separate from whether the goods have been invoiced.
Who can see it
You need access to Purchasing and permission to view costs. Both the report and CSV export check these permissions. Your organization and branch access limit the receipts and totals you can see.
