Get approved for texting and payments

What it's for

The setup step that starts the two outside reviews a new company waits on: business texting registration with the carriers, and payout verification with Stripe. Both take days, so they start early, and nothing else in setup waits on them. The setup checklist item ticks once both are started; its status lines stay until each one is Ready.

The route is /setup/approvals.

Panels and controls

One card per review, each with its status: Not started, In review, Ready or Needs a fix.

  • Business texting registration: Start opens the text messaging registration form, filled in from Company details (legal name, tax number and address). While it is in review the card shows the date it was sent and View what was sent. Until it is Ready, customer notices go by email. If the carrier sends it back, the card shows the carrier's reason and Fix and send again.
  • Payout verification: Start opens Stripe's onboarding form. While Stripe is still checking, or if it has not approved the account, Open payment settings shows what it needs. Once Ready, the card shows the date it was verified, when the first payout arrives, and whether a bank account is on file.

What it accepts

Nothing is entered on this screen. Both reviews are filled in on the screens they open.

How to configure it

Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves.

Who can see it

This screen sits behind the Integrations area.

Owners can open it. Office managers and dispatchers and technicians cannot. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.

The full role matrix is on Roles & permissions.
