What it's for
Acceptance runs is where you run a structured, in-app acceptance test with a client — walking a fixed list of scenarios, marking each pass or fail, and collecting a go/no-go sign-off before a rollout is called done. It's the record of what was tested and who signed off, not a general task list.
Reach it from Customers → Acceptance runs in the sidebar, at
/acceptance-runs.
Tabs
The list has no tabs.
Panels and controls
- The list shows every run's Label, scenario Template, Customer (or "Staff only" if it wasn't tied to one), Status, Pass rate, and when it was Created. Clicking a label opens the run.
- New run starts a fresh run from a scenario template.
- No acceptance runs yet is the empty state, pointing you at the scenario template to start from.
What it accepts
The list writes nothing directly — runs are created on New run and worked on their own record.
| Field | Format | Required | Rule |

How to configure it
- The scenario templates a run can be created from are fixed content, not a per-shop setting — a run always snapshots the template's steps at creation, so later edits to the template never rewrite a run already in progress.
- Publishing a run to the client portal requires the run to have a customer attached, set at creation.
Who can see it
This screen sits behind the Settings area.
Owners and office managers can open it. Dispatchers and technicians cannot — acceptance runs are a rollout and account-management tool, not a day-to-day dispatch surface. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.
