What it's for

Sent messages lists every message Thermal decided on for your customers and staff: sent, held, or not sent, with the reason in plain words. Use it to answer "was the customer told?" without asking the person who made the change.

Tabs

There are no tabs. One list, newest first. Each work order also has a Notifications section that shows the same rows for that job's visits.

Panels and controls

  • Filters: date range (From and To), and Outcome, Message, Channel and Branch from the table filters. Search matches the recipient name or address.
  • Outcome reads in plain words, such as "Sent", "Held until 7:00 AM", "Not notified: opted out" or "Waiting for the customer to confirm by text".
  • Job links to the work order the message was about.
  • Export CSV downloads the filtered list: date and time in your company time zone, work order, message, recipient, role, channel, address, outcome, reason, held until and who cancelled it. It never includes the message text, and holds at most 5,000 rows.
  • Cancel held message (row menu, held messages only) stops a held message from going out. It asks you to confirm first.

What it accepts

Nothing is typed in except the date range and search. Held messages are the only rows you can act on.

How to configure it

Which messages are sent, and the quiet hours that hold texts, are set in Notifications.

Who can see it

Owners and office managers can open the list, export it and cancel a held message. Dispatchers and technicians cannot open it. A branch-restricted office user sees only their branch's messages. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar.

The full role matrix is on Roles & permissions.
