What it's for
Territories split a branch's work by postal area so dispatchers can filter and plan. They do not limit who can see a job, a customer, or a site.
Reach it from Settings → This company → Territories, at /settings/territories.
Tabs
This screen has no tabs. It is one list, plus a section for sites assigned by hand.
Panels and controls
New territory opens Add territory. Name and Branch are required. Postal prefixes takes ZIP prefixes separated by commas or new lines. A site matches the longest prefix of its ZIP. Save territory stores it. With none yet, the list says No territories.
Each row shows Territory, Branch, Postal prefixes (a dash when none are set), Dispatchers, Sites, Status (Active or Inactive), and Edit. Edit opens Edit territory. The branch cannot be changed: "A territory stays in its branch." Status can be set to Inactive. Turning a territory off is refused while any site is still assigned to it by hand: "Territory still has explicitly assigned sites. Clear those assignments before deactivating it."
Dispatchers lists the people on that territory. Remove takes one off. Add dispatcher picks someone else in the company, then Add.
Assigned sites lists sites pinned to a territory. With none, it says "No sites are assigned by hand. Sites match a territory by ZIP prefix." Assign site asks for the Service site id (copy it from the site's page address) and a Territory. Automatic (clear assignment) returns the site to ZIP matching. An inactive territory is refused: "Territory is inactive; choose an active territory." A territory in another branch is refused: "Territory belongs to a different branch than this site."

How to configure it
Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves.
Who can see it
This screen sits behind the Settings area.
Owners and office managers can open it. Dispatchers and technicians cannot. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.
The full role matrix is on Roles & permissions.
