Generate a capital plan
Open Capital Planning in Thermal →
Capital planning forecasts a customer's multi-year equipment replacement, repair, and maintenance costs off their install base — a plan you can hand a facilities manager to justify a budget, or use yourself to line up upcoming big-ticket work. This is a capability-gated feature; if you don't see it, it isn't included on your plan.
Generate a plan
Choose Generate plan, pick the customer, and Thermal builds a multi-year forecast line item by line item off the equipment on file for that customer — age, expected service life, and known condition drive what shows up and when. A new plan starts as a draft.
Review and adjust
While a plan is in draft, review its line items and adjust amounts or timing where your judgment differs from the forecast — the forecast is a starting point, not a locked number.
Send it to the customer
Send moves a plan out of draft and generates a customer-facing share link you can send directly — the customer doesn't need a portal login to view it. Once sent, a plan's line items are locked; regenerate a new plan if the numbers need to change materially.
Archive
Archive a plan once it's served its purpose (the work got done, or the customer passed). A draft plan can't be archived — send it or delete it first.
