Read the SLA and refrigerant-compliance reports

Two reports under Reports track commitments that carry real consequences if you miss them: SLA Response Tracking, for the response windows you've promised customers, and EPA 608 Compliance, for refrigerant leak-rate limits federal rules require you to track. Both are read-only reports — what they compute depends on setup done elsewhere, which this guide points to.

SLA Response Tracking (/reports/sla)

This report lists every work order whose service agreement carries a guaranteed response window (set per agreement — see Set up a service agreement, step 10), and flags which ones breached it.

  • Committed window — the hours the agreement promises (e.g. "respond within 4 hours").
  • Actual response — the time between the work order being created and the first response across any of its visits.
  • Breached — the job is flagged breached if it responded after the window elapsed, or if it still hasn't responded and the window has already elapsed.

The summary strip at the top totals jobs tracked, breach count, and breach rate. Use the date-range filter to check a specific period — a month for a customer review, a quarter for your own trend-watching.

A job only appears here if its agreement has a guaranteed response window set. An agreement with no committed window (most agreements, unless you've sold a response-time guarantee) never shows up on this report — there's nothing to measure it against.

EPA 608 Compliance (/reports/refrigerant-compliance)

This report lists every refrigerant transaction across your whole fleet — charges, recoveries, top-ups, disposals, whatever technicians have logged against equipment — with an annualized leak rate computed per unit and flagged against its EPA threshold.

How the leak rate is computed: refrigerant added (charge + top-up transactions only) over the trailing 12 months, divided by the unit's nameplate full charge, as a percentage. Recovery and disposal transactions remove refrigerant and don't count toward the rate — only what's been added back in matters for the leak calculation.

The threshold depends on the unit's appliance class:

These match the EPA's federal limits under both the original Clean Air Act §608 rule and the AIM Act rule that took effect 2026-01-01. A unit whose annualized leak rate exceeds its class's threshold is flagged over threshold on this report — that's your signal to schedule a leak repair before the next inspection window, not just a number to note.

A unit with no appliance class set on its equipment record has no threshold to check against and shows as unclassified rather than a false pass — set the class on the equipment's HVAC details to get a real compliance read on that unit. Likewise, a unit with no nameplate charge on file can't have a leak rate computed at all (the denominator is unknown).

Filter by date range, customer, or site, and use Export CSV to pull the same filtered rows for a regulator, an insurer, or your own records — the export always matches exactly what's on screen.
