Manage the compliance queue
Open Credentials → Queue in Thermal →
Compliance queue is a triage view over the same technician credentials tracked on the Credentials screen — expiring, expired, unverified, and revoked certifications/licenses across your whole team in one filterable list. This is an Owner/Office surface; Dispatchers and Technicians don't see it.
What's in the queue
Every live credential on file appears exactly once, with a status:
- Current — verified and not approaching expiry.
- Expiring soon — verified, not expired, but inside your alert window (see below).
- Expired — past its expiry date, regardless of verification state.
- Revoked — marked revoked by an admin (always outranks "expired" — a revoked-but-not-yet-expired cert still shows as revoked, the stronger, human decision).
- Unverified — on file but never confirmed against the physical document.
Use the filter bar to narrow by status, technician, credential type, or expiry window (next 7/30/60/90 days, or already expired). Selecting Review on any row opens it on the Credentials screen, where you can verify, renew, replace, or revoke it — those actions are shared with that screen and take effect immediately here too.
Alert threshold
The Alert threshold field controls two things at once:
- How many days out from expiry a credential enters the queue's "Expiring soon" bucket.
- The window the daily proactive email digest (sent to company owners) uses to decide which credentials to include.
It defaults to 30 days and is per-org — changing it here doesn't affect any other company.
Sweep delivery health
The Sweep delivery health card shows the credential-expiry email digest's last run and any open delivery exceptions. A failed sweep is automatically retried the next time it runs — an already-notified credential is never re-sent, so retries can't duplicate an alert a company owner already received.
