Rejection feedback

What it's for

Rejection feedback lists automation suggestions that someone rejected recently, and why. Open it from Automations → Rejection feedback, at /automations/rejection-feedback.

Only rejections inside the seven-day feedback window are shown. A later approval of the same suggestion clears its feedback.

This screen has no tabs.

Panels and controls

The table has Suggestion, Automation, Rejection reason, Rejected and Feedback window ends, with times shown in your organization's timezone. A search box filters the rows. The screen is read-only.

The empty state is No recent rejection feedback.

What it accepts

Nothing is entered here. Rejections come from people declining a suggested action elsewhere in Thermal.

How to configure it

Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves.

Who can see it

This screen sits behind the Automations area.

Owners and office managers can open it. Dispatchers and technicians cannot. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.
