Maintenance overview
Open Reports → Maintenance Overview in Thermal →
What it's for
One screen for the maintenance business: how many agreements are active, what they are worth a year, which renew soon, how many renew, whether PM visits are getting done and what the agreements earn. Each figure comes from the report it links to, for the same branch, so the numbers always match.
The route is /reports/maintenance-overview.
Tabs
None. The page is one screen of summary tiles, with a by-branch table for people who see every branch.
Panels and controls
- Active agreements and Annual contract value: active agreements and the sum of their yearly price. Both open the agreements valuation report.
- Renewals due: active and due-for-renewal agreements expiring from today through the next 90 days, with their yearly value.
- Renewal rate: of the agreements whose term ended in the last 12 months, the share that were renewed. Each agreement counts once, undone renewals do not count, and agreements with no term dates are left out. With no ended terms the tile shows no data.
- PM visits: PM visits completed out of those due in the selected period. Opens the PM compliance report for the same period.
- Agreement margin: gross margin on agreements for the selected period. Opens the agreement profitability report.
- By branch: the same figures split by branch, shown only to people who see every branch.
- Export: the by-branch table as CSV, Excel or PDF.
What it accepts
The From and To dates set the period for PM visits and agreement margin (by default 90 days back to 60 days ahead, the same as PM compliance). Branch narrows every figure to one branch.
How to configure it
Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves.
Who can see it
This screen sits behind the Reports area.
Owners, office managers and dispatchers can open it. Technicians cannot. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.
