Panels and controls
Choose From and To dates and select Filter. Branch appears when your account can compare branches.
A summary line gives total units requested and the number of movements. Below it, each location lists its items, and each item lists its movements with Date, Job and Recorded usage — requested units. With View costs, a Recorded cost column and a cost summary also appear. Export downloads CSV or XLSX.
Empty state: No recorded usage / Choose another period or check back after jobs are completed.
What it accepts
Usage is the quantity requested when each job completed, dated in the organization's timezone. A shortfall at completion can make requested units exceed units actually filled. Returns do not net against usage. Recorded cost is the cost captured on the movement; movements without one show Uncosted, so a total that includes them is incomplete. Current item costs are never substituted. A movement whose job cannot be matched shows Unavailable job. A period with more than 50,000 movements shows the first 50,000 and says so.
How to configure it
Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves.
Who can see it
This screen sits behind the Inventory and Reports area.
Owners and office managers can open it. Dispatchers and technicians cannot. Cost figures show only to people with View costs; everyone else sees quantities only. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.
