What it's for
Change-order register lists every project change order with its status, age and dollar effect on the project. Open it from Reports → Change-order register, at /reports/change-order-register.
Approved and done changes are already included in a project's current contract and budget. The forecast adds only tentatively approved changes. Draft and sent changes stay pending.
Tabs
This report has no tabs. The page has two tables, Change orders and Project impact.
Panels and controls
Pick a Branch (when you can compare branches) and a three-letter Currency, then select Apply. Export downloads the same selection as CSV.
Tiles show Net approved value, Pending change orders, and the pending count in each age bucket.
The Change orders table has Project, Change order, Title, Status (Draft, Sent, Tentatively approved, Approved or Done), Days in status, Pending age, Priced value, Submitted value, Approved value, Approved budget delta, Tentative contract delta and Tentative budget delta. Selecting a row opens that change order.
The Project impact table has Project, Current contract, Current budget, Approved contract delta, Approved budget delta, Tentative contract delta, Tentative budget delta, Forecast contract and Forecast budget. Selecting a row opens the project. A project with no budget shows No budget.
Empty states: No change orders and No project impact.
What it accepts
Days in status count from the latest status change, or from creation when there is no history. Submitted value uses current line prices. Forecast budget is the phase budget plus tentative changes, not a cost-to-complete estimate. Projects without a branch are shared across branches. Project totals repeat on each of their change orders in the CSV, so do not sum them. Dollar amounts in the CSV are decimals.
How to configure it
Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves.
Who can see it
This screen sits behind the Reports area.
Owners, office managers and dispatchers can open it. Technicians cannot. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.
