What it's for

Unreachable customers lists live jobs with at least two contact attempts that did not reach the customer. Attempts are logged on the job, in the Contact attempts card, and a technician's no-access report on the job counts too. Open the report from Reports, under Operations, at /reports/unreachable-customers.

Tabs

This screen has no tabs. It is one filtered list.

Panels and controls

From and To are dates. Filter applies them. Attempts are counted by the day they happened in the company time zone, and the from and to dates are included. With both dates empty, every attempt counts. When the company can compare branches, branch chips narrow the list.

Columns are Job, Customer, Branch, Failed attempts, and Latest failed attempt. The job and customer names open those records. Export downloads the same rows as CSV.

A failed attempt is any try that is not Reached. A later Reached does not remove the earlier failures. Completed, invoiced, and canceled jobs are left out. With nothing to show, the list says No unreachable customers.

What it accepts

A from date, a to date, and an optional branch. Nothing on this page writes an attempt. Log the try on the job: How, What happened, an optional When, an optional Note, then Log attempt. Leave When blank to record it as now. A time more than a few minutes ahead is refused: "A contact attempt cannot be in the future." The note must stay within 1,000 characters.

How to configure it

Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves.

Who can see it

This screen sits behind the Customers and Reports and Jobs area.

Owners, office managers and dispatchers can open it. Technicians cannot. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.

The full role matrix is on Roles & permissions.
