What it's for
Open Reports → Overtime exposure to see which technicians are heading toward overtime in a pay week. For each technician it combines hours already worked with hours still scheduled and compares the total to the weekly threshold.
The route is /reports/overtime-exposure.
Tabs
The report has one view: a table with one row per technician.
Panels and controls
The header shows the number of technicians. The table has Technician, Worked base hours, Scheduled hours, Projected hours, Weekly threshold, Hours over and Status.
Worked base hours include clocked time through now, including open entries, and exclude rejected and nonchargeable time. Scheduled hours are the remaining portion of not-started appointment windows, clipped to now and the selected week. At risk starts at 90% of the weekly threshold; Over starts above it. The projection is a weekly estimate and does not calculate daily premiums or payroll. Export downloads the rows as CSV for the selected week.
What it accepts
Choose a date in Pay week containing and select Filter to view that week. Branch chips, when available, show technicians whose home branch matches, including their visits at other branches. This is a read-only report.
How to configure it
- Overtime settings change how this screen behaves. They live under Settings.
Who can see it
This screen sits behind the Reports area.
Owners, office managers and dispatchers can open it. Technicians cannot. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.
The full role matrix is on Roles & permissions.
