What it's for
Reports is one list of every report you can open. The header says Every report in one list. Pick a row to open that report. Each report has its own page for filters and exports.
Reach it from Reports in the sidebar, at /reports.
Tabs
All reports is this list. Scheduled opens scheduled report delivery.
Panels and controls
The count on the header is how many reports you can open.
When report questions are on, the header has Ask about your numbers and Ask. Finding report… shows while it looks. A match appears under Suggested report and names the report to open. It does not change any numbers. If nothing fits, it says No matching report was found. If the lookup itself fails, it says Couldn't suggest a report. Try again. The question box is hidden when the master automation switch is off, or when Report questions is off.
The table columns are Favorite, Report, Category, and Description. Categories are Financial, Operations, Service & compliance, and Fleet & people. Service-site profitability is a Financial row: invoiced revenue and known job costs per service site, grouped by invoice payer.
Star a row to keep it as a favorite. Favorites sort first. Favorites only limits the list to those rows. Search reports… matches the report name. No reports match / No reports match your search or filters. is the empty state.
A report that requires View costs is left off this list without that permission. Service-site profitability stays on the list; its cost columns are hidden on the report itself without View costs.
What it accepts
The list takes a search, a category, and the favorites filter. Each report's own dates and filters are on that report's page.
How to configure it
- Job costing settings decide how cost is built on the profitability reports.
- Automations decides whether Ask is on the header. It starts on.
- Branches scope what a report covers once you open it.
Who can see it
This screen sits behind the Reports area.
Owners, office managers and dispatchers can open it. Technicians cannot — a technician's own numbers appear on their scorecard in the field app. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.
The full role matrix is on Roles & permissions.
