Invoices under the minimum

Reviewed against source:

Open Reports → DE Minimis Invoices in Thermal →

What it's for

Lists unsent invoices whose total is above zero but below your company's minimum invoice amount, with the total value parked under it. Use it to review small balances you have chosen not to mail, so none of them are lost.

When a minimum is set, sending a draft below it is refused with a prompt to put the invoice on hold with a reason instead. Bulk "Mark as sent" and bulk Send pass over those drafts. Invoices exactly at the minimum send normally.

The route is /reports/de-minimis-invoices.

Tabs

This report has no tabs.

Panels and controls

  • The parked total and invoice count, above the table, when a minimum is set.
  • A table with Invoice, Bill-to customer (the invoice's payer), Site customer (who owns the serviced site), Status, Hold reason, Total, and Age in days.
  • Branch filter chips, when you can compare branches. A branch-restricted account stays in its branch.

Status is Draft or Awaiting approval. Hold reason is the recorded reason, or Not on hold.

With no minimum set, the empty state is No minimum invoice amount set / Set a minimum invoice amount in Settings → Invoicing to park small invoices instead of sending them. With a minimum and nothing under it, the empty state is Nothing parked under the minimum / Unsent invoices below the minimum invoice amount appear here.

What it accepts

The page is a read-out. It does not send, hold, or change an invoice. The only control is the branch filter, when you can compare branches.

How to configure it

  • Invoicing settings change how this screen behaves. They live under Settings.
  • Set Minimum invoice amount under Settings → Invoicing defaults. At 0, the default, every invoice sends and this report stays empty.

Who can see it

This screen sits behind the Reports area.

Owners, office managers and dispatchers can open it. Technicians cannot. Opening it also requires the Invoices area. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.

The full role matrix is on Roles & permissions.
