Panels and controls

Set From and To, then select Filter. Branch chips appear when you can compare branches. Export downloads the selection as CSV.

Columns are Bill-to customer, Invoices paid, Average days, Median days, Amount-weighted days, Paid late, Current open balance and Last payment in period. The empty state is No activity in this period (Choose another date range or branch.).

What it accepts

The range selects final settlement dates in your organization's timezone. Cash receipts, applied credit memos and dated paid transitions for other balance adjustments can complete an invoice; a partial payment alone does not. Days run from the invoice date to final settlement. Voided invoices, voided payments and reversed amounts are excluded. Paid late compares settlement with the invoice due date, and invoices with no due date are outside that share. Current open balance covers all outstanding sent and partly paid invoices, regardless of the period. Invoices with no dated settlement or invoice date are left out of the day averages.

How to configure it

Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves.

Who can see it

This screen sits behind the Reports area.

Owners, office managers and dispatchers can open it. Technicians cannot. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.

The full role matrix is on Roles & permissions.
