Survey follow-up

Open Reports → Survey Follow UP in Thermal →

What it's for

Open Reports → Survey follow-up to see customers who gave a low score on a post-job survey, newest first. Use it as a call-back list.

The route is /reports/survey-follow-up.

Tabs

The report has one view: a table of low-score responses.

Panels and controls

The header shows the number of responses. The table has Job, Customer, Site, Technician, Score, Comment, Responded and Days waiting. Job links to the work order. Responses older than 14 days show their days waiting in a highlighted badge. Export downloads the rows as CSV with the same threshold.

Only answered surveys at or below the threshold appear. There is no resolved state, so a response stays on the list while it is in range. Days waiting counts calendar days since the response, in the organization timezone.

What it accepts

Score at or below sets the threshold, from 1 to 5 of 5. Select Filter to apply it. Branch chips, when available, narrow the report. When nothing matches, the report shows No low scores to follow up. This is a read-only report. You also need access to Customers.

How to configure it

Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves.

Who can see it

This screen sits behind the Reports area.

Owners, office managers and dispatchers can open it. Technicians cannot. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.

The full role matrix is on Roles & permissions.
