Panels and controls
Set From, To and Group by (Month or Month and creator), then select Filter. Branch chips appear when you can compare branches. Export downloads the selection as CSV.
Columns are Sent month, Creator, then a count and a value for each outcome: Sent, Accepted, Declined, Expired and Still open. After those come Win rate by count, Win rate by value, Median decision days, and the open quotes by age: Open 0–7 days, Open 8–30 days and Open 31+ days. The empty state is No matching activity.
What it accepts
The date range selects the month each root quote was sent. Quote tier options count once, using the root quote's stored value. Outcomes are current, not a snapshot from the past. Win rate divides accepted quotes by accepted, declined and expired ones; open quotes are left out. A sent quote past its valid-until date counts as expired. Median days uses recorded approval or terminal audit dates, so quotes without a dated decision (including earlier office declines) are left out of it. The creator comes from the creation audit and stays unknown when missing. Open ages use today in your organization's timezone.
How to configure it
Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves.
Who can see it
This screen sits behind the Reports area.
Owners, office managers and dispatchers can open it. Technicians cannot. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.
