What it's for
First-time fix shows the share of completed jobs without callbacks. Open it from Reports → First-time fix. The headline uses the same definition as Overview.
Tabs
The report has no tabs. By technician and By job type appear on the same page, with the lowest rates first.
Panels and controls
Choose From and To, then select Filter. Both dates are included. The default period is this month through today, using your company's time zone. Clear restores that default period.
The headline shows First-time fix rate, Completed jobs and Callbacks. The two tables show the same counts and a rate for each group. A missing job type appears as Unspecified.
Export downloads the By technician table as CSV, Excel or PDF for the selected dates and branch. It does not include the job-type table.
What it accepts
The report reads completed and invoiced jobs created during the selected period. Deleted jobs are excluded. A callback counts when it links to one of those original jobs, even if it was created outside the selected period. Deleted callbacks are excluded.
The rate is (completed jobs minus callbacks) divided by completed jobs, with a minimum of 0%. When there are no completed jobs, the headline shows a dash.
Technician attribution uses the original job's last completed visit, or its latest non-canceled visit if it has no completed visit. Only active technicians appear in that table. Jobs assigned to other staff, or without an assignee, still count in the headline and job-type table.
How to configure it
Your company's time zone determines date boundaries. Branch access limits the jobs included. Users who can compare branches can select a branch using the chips at the top of the report.
Who can see it
The report requires access to Reports, including when opened from a direct link or exported. Owners, office managers and dispatchers can open it. Technicians cannot.
See Roles & permissions for the role matrix.
