What it's for

Invoice delivery failures lists unpaid invoices whose latest send did not reach the customer. Open it from Reports → Invoice delivery failures, at /reports/invoice-send-failures.

This report has no tabs.

Panels and controls

Optionally set From and To (invoice issue dates) and select Filter. By default every issue date is included. Branch chips appear when you can compare branches. Export downloads the selection as CSV.

Columns are Invoice, Bill-to customer, Last send, Recipients and outcomes, Reason, Days since send and Balance due. The empty state is No delivery failures (Unpaid delivery exceptions appear here.).

What it accepts

An invoice appears when its latest send has a failed, suppressed or unknown recipient outcome. A later accepted resend clears earlier failures. Recipients still queued count as in flight, not failed. Sent invoices with no recorded send are included, with no made-up send date. Each recipient shows the address, outcome and reason on record.

How to configure it

Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves.

Who can see it

This screen sits behind the Reports area.

Owners, office managers and dispatchers can open it. Technicians cannot. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.

The full role matrix is on Roles & permissions.
