What it's for
Agreement recurring revenue walks annual agreement value from the start of each month to its end: what opened, what was added, what changed when a renewal started or an in-term anniversary step landed, and what lapsed. Open it from Reports → Agreement recurring revenue, at /reports/agreement-arr-bridge.
Tabs
This report has no tabs. Two tables stack on the page: monthly totals first, then the same columns by month and agreement payer.
Panels and controls
Set From and To, then select Filter. Branch chips appear when you can compare branches. Export downloads the selection as CSV. A line above the tables says how many agreements were excluded for missing dated history.
Columns are Month, Agreement payer, Opening annual value, New / reactivated, Renewal price change, Lapsed / canceled, Closing annual value, Expiring value, Renewed value and Gross renewal rate. Blank values show a dash. Renewal price change is any change in annual value during the month that is neither a new agreement nor a lapse. That includes the price change when a renewal starts and an in-term anniversary price step.
Empty states: No agreement value in this period and No activity in this period, both with Choose another date range or branch.
What it accepts
Whole calendar months that contain the From and To dates are included. Values come from recorded term dates and annual prices, the same as the Agreements valuation. Expiring value is the annual price on the term's end date, after any anniversary steps in that term. Renewed value cannot exceed that expiring amount or the next term's opening annual price. Gross renewal rate is renewed value divided by expiring value. Agreements with no term or cancellation history are excluded. Past manual price changes and payer changes are not rebuilt. Reverted renewals and reverted anniversary steps are left out.
How to configure it
Nothing in Settings changes how this screen behaves.
Who can see it
This screen sits behind the Reports area.
Owners, office managers and dispatchers can open it. Technicians cannot. The gate is checked on the server, not just hidden in the sidebar, so a direct link does not get around it.
